Deborah Measor | Operations Director
MA, CPA
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Deborah Measor completed her Master’s of Art degree at the University of Edinburgh. Upon her return to Hong Kong, she joined KPMG in 2009, advising on financial accounting and compliance matters for over three years.
Having crunched a sufficient amount of numbers, Deborah joined Bai Xian Asia Institute Limited, a pan-Asian scholarship provider for tertiary education, upon its conception in 2013 as its first staff member. As Manager of Program and Operations, Deborah supported the development and oversaw the operations and daily administration of the Institute and the Asian Future Leaders Scholarship Program. Her responsibilities ranged from strategy formulation and execution and partnership management, to governance support, program design and implementation, and student management.
In 2019, Deborah took on the new roles of part-time Operations Manager at both Patricia Ho & Associates and Hong Kong Dignity Institute, supporting the organisations’ establishment. In 2020, she further took on the role of Consultant at Seeds Foundation Ltd., supporting the organisation’s philanthropic giving and other initiatives.
Deborah has been a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 2012.
