In the story, we follow four animals —a lion, a tiger, an elephant, and a monkey— who at first reject physical traits about themselves that felt defective. However, when facing the desire to win a basketball tournament together, and coached by a wise horse, they slowly learn to leverage their differences for teamwork. Ultimately, they find that the most important prize was not a trophy, but learning to fully embrace their own skin as well as the differences in each other.
