Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping:

All orders are dispatched from Hong Kong, unless otherwise stated on the product page, within 2 working days of receiving your order. Delivery within Hong Kong is typically within 3 working days of dispatch, except for unforeseen circumstances arising from the service provider. Unless otherwise specified, all orders are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of HKD$50, which is automatically added at checkout.

Worldwide shipping is available but delivery times are subject to local service providers. We recommend you reach out to Hong Kong Dignity Institute if you require expedited shipping, at additional cost.

Returns:

You are welcome to return items within 14 days from the day you receive your items and receive a full refund.  If there is any defect with the items, HKDI will also be responsible for the costs incurred in relation to the return delivery.
